If you choose to be present, our real estate appraiser can explain the process and address any concerns you might have. If you're unable to attend, simply ensure that all areas of the home are accessible, including the attic, basement, garage, and any outbuildings. For investment properties or tenant-occupied homes, we can coordinate directly with property managers or tenants with proper authorization.
